Registration is handled directly through Lifeway Please make sure you have your registration confirmation readily available for check in. Check-in will be at the main entrance where you will pick up wristbands to enter the venue.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
No outside F&B is permitted at Chesapeake Arena. Box lunch will be provided for those who have added lunch to their registration. Concession items include standard arena favorites including, hot dogs, popcorn, candy, and nachos. As well as BBQ and Pit Beef sandwiches.
Re-entry is permitted so long as you have your event wristband.
FLOOR LEVEL SEATING
If you have floor seats, follow the signs for the floor seating entrance, located to the right of the box office.
SECOND FLOOR (200 LEVEL) SEATING
Second-level seating is not ADA accessible
. Guests will use stairs to access the second level from the concourse.
SAFETY & PROHIBITED ITEMS
Safety is important for all guests attending Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena. Before entering the venue, each guest will go through a security checkpoint where you will walk through a metal detector. For a list of prohibited items and other event info, please click here
Chesapeake Arena is a cashless venue. All concession stands and vendors accept credit cards, debit cards, and apple pay.

PREFERRED PARKING INFO
Parking is free and first-come, first, serve. No permits are needed for parking around the campus. Signage indicating permits required refers to students and faculty permits needed on a Monday through Friday basis. ADA parking is available directly in front of the venue but on a first come first serve basis.
