NOTICE: EFFECTIVE JULY 1ST, 2022 only employees who have been through the onboarding process in Paylocity and have received a pin number to use for the time clock can be scheduled to work events.

If you need assistance being moved to onboarding please fill out the onboarding help form below. Once you have submitted a request, please wait for a response from the hiring manager with the next steps. If a meeting is needed, the hiring manager will schedule one. Please note that our office is closed to the public and we do not accept walk-ins.

Once you have completed all onboarding steps, you must submit an onboarding confirmation form below and a hiring manager will quality check your application. Once everything is approved, you will be instructed on how to get started working.

SCHEDULING

Schedules will be updated for each department by the supervisor in a Google Drive document as soon as shifts are available. Please check back frequently as shifts may be updated and pop-up shifts are possible. You must be shared on the Google Doc in order to have access. If you do not have access to the Google Doc, please request access from your immediate supervisor.
