The Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena Box Office is open from 11am-3pm Monday through Friday.

We are a digital venue and tickets will be texted or emailed when purchasing at the arena box office.

The box office opens 2 hours before event start time on event days.

Chesapeake Arena is a cashless venue. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all accepted methods of payment. These payments are also accepted at concessions and merchandise stands.
Additional Ticketing Fees:
All tickets are subject to a facility and box office fee. Tickets purchased online are subject to additional service charges.
Parking:
10 minute parking spot available in front of arena.
