TICKET INFORMATION:
If you claimed your ticket online, you may print your ticket at home, or
download the ticket(s) to your mobile device to be scanned at the
entrance. Please be sure to have your tickets pulled up on your phone
or have printed copies in hand prior to getting in line to avoid
connectivity issues and to best keep the lines moving. Student ID's will not scan for this event- everyone must have a ticket.
TO ACCESS YOUR TICKETS:
Open your confirmation email from “no-reply” and use the links to
either download the PDF of your tickets or to view your mobile tickets.
If you’re unable to access your confirmation email, follow steps 1-3
below to view tickets in your AudienceView account.
TO TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS:
1. Visit tickets.umbc.edu
2. Login into the account you created/used to claim your tickets
3. Once you have logged in, click on the “Your Orders” link from the
drop down menu labeled with your name
4. After you click your order, you may then:
-Download a PDF of your ticket and email to a guest
-Text your ticket to a guest
-Again, NO SCREENSHOTS will be admitted
FIND YOUR SEATING SECTION:
All seats are general admission within the section printed on your
ticket. As you enter the main lobby of the arena, odd numbered
sections will be located to your left. Even numbered sections will be

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Concession items include standard arena favorites including, hot dogs, popcorn, candy, and nachos. As well as BBQ and Pit Beef sandwiches. Rita's, Sweet Fog and Darins Churros & Warm Nuts will be available for purchase.
Sorrentos Pizza is located near section 108.
CASHLESS VENUE
Chesapeake Arena is a cashless venue. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
FLOOR LEVEL SEATING
If you have floor seats, you will access the floor by taking the arena stairs in Section 100 (section straight ahead when you enter the venue). For those with limited mobility, please ask our event staff for directions to the elevator. MORE INFO HERE
SECOND FLOOR (200 LEVEL) SEATING
Second-level seating is not ADA-accessible. Guests will use stairs to access the second level from the concourse.
If you have seats on the second level and are unable to access them due to accessibility, please visit the guest services booth located in section 100 on the concourse. Relocations are non-guaranteed and are based on availability.
SAFETY & PROHIBITED ITEMS
