TRAFFIC ALERT: Heavy traffic conditions are expected for this show. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and carpool.

APPLE MAPS ALERT: The Apple Maps pin for Chesapeake Arena is incorrect and will take guests to the wrong side of the arena. Please use Google Maps for the most accurate location. Also, if using Apple Maps, please click suggest an edit and then navigate yourself to the front entrance of the arena using Hilltop Circle.

TICKET READINESS ALERT: To ensure quick and easy entry, please have your ticket ready to scan prior to getting in the security line. You must accept your tickets and add to your device wallet. Large crowds can cause cellular services delays.

TICKET INFORMATION

Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena uses Ticketmaster for all ticketing. If you purchased online, you will not be able to print your ticket at home, you will need to download your ticket on your smartphone. To do this, you will log into your Ticketmaster account on your phone to download your mobile tickets. We recommend using the Ticketmaster App (available for iOS and Android) to download your tickets. Please be sure to have your tickets pulled up on your phone prior to getting in line to avoid connectivity issues and to best keep the lines moving.

If tickets have been transferred you must accept them into your Ticketmaster account. Once accepted pull up the tickets on your phone for entry. We highly recommend taking care of any ticket transfers before arriving to the show.

If you’re unable to pull your tickets up on your phone, you may visit the ticket office and have them print your tickets. If you do so, you will be subject to a ticket printing fee. Please note: The ticket office is unable to print any tickets which have been transferred but have not been accepted.

The ticket office is unable to handle any issues for tickets not purchased via Ticketmaster. Please contact the point of purchase if you have issues/concerns.

PEAKE CLUB PASS

Peake Club Pass holders must use the ParkWhiz pass that was sent via email to access the preferred parking lot. Each individual entering the club must have their own Peake Club Pass and concert ticket. The Peake Club Pass does not include tickets to the concert. As you are walking up to the main entrance of the venue, you will see signage for The Peake Experience directly to the right of the box office and main entrance; do not get in line with the general public. You must have your concert tickets scanned in addition to your Peake Club Pass prior to entering the VIP Entrance. Guests can come and go into the club to refresh drinks and food as they please. Food and nonalcoholic beverages will be available at doors open and then refreshed with desserts and snacks at intermission. Premium liquor and cocktails are available throughout the night in the Peake Club at an additional cost.


ALL-INCLUSIVE PEAKE EXPERIENCE

All-Inclusive Peake packages include Preferred Parking. You will receive a complimentary ParkWhiz pass via email. Preferred Parking is located in the stadium lot right next to the arena. Once you arrive on campus, follow signs leading to the preferred parking lot where an attendant will ask for your Peake Experience tickets to enter. As you are walking up to the main entrance of the venue, you will see signage for The Peake Experience directly to the right of the box office and main entrance; do not get in line with the general public. You will need to show your Peake tickets to enter through this security line. All guests must pass through a metal detector and bag checkpoint. Seats are located in sections 206 and 208 right outside of the club. You will see your exact seating location on your ticket. Food will be available at doors open and then again at intermission. Premium liquor and cocktails are available throughout the night in the Peake Club at an additional cost.


FOOD & BEVERAGE

Concession items include standard arena favorites including, hot dogs, popcorn, candy, and nachos. Check out the Specialty Hot Dogs at the new TOP DAWG concession stand located outside of section 103. SweetFrog and Darrins Churros will be available for purchase.

Concession stands serve beer, wine, canned cocktails, and a selection of liquor.

The Bunker Bar is located under section 102 and is accessible to all patrons with floor access. The Bunker Bar serves beer, wine, canned cocktails and a small selection of liquor.



CASHLESS VENUE

Chesapeake Arena is a cashless venue. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Apple Pay and Google Pay.


FLOOR LEVEL SEATING

If you have floor seats, you will access the floor by taking the arena stairs in Section 100 (section straight ahead when you enter the venue). For those with limited mobility, please ask our event staff for directions to the elevator. MORE INFO HERE



SECOND FLOOR (200 LEVEL) SEATING

Second-level seating is not ADA-accessible. Guests will use stairs to access the second level from the concourse.

SAFETY & PROHIBITED ITEMS

Safety is important for all guests attending Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena. Before entering the venue, each guest will go through a security checkpoint where you will walk through a metal detector. For a list of prohibited items and other event info, please click here


Please read the full list before attending the show, but note these commonly forgotten items that are prohibited: large bags, lighters, pepper spray/mace, cigarettes, vapes, and outside food & beverage.

PREFERRED PARKING INFO

A limited quantity of parking is available through ParkWhiz for this show.

If you have purchased preferred parking, please have your parkwhiz parking pass ready when pulling into the "Preferred Parking" lot (also know as Stadium Lot).

Chesapeake Arena highly recommends downloading the ParkWhiz App or adding parking tickets to your phones's wallet to ensure you can easily access tickets in crowded areas with delays in cellular and wifi service.

Follow the signs for Preferred Parking when you arrive. Preferred parking is located in the Stadium Lot adjacent to the event center. The entrance to the preferred parking lot is on Poplar avenue and is not accessible via Hilltop Circle. You will show the parking attendant the ticket on your phone to gain access to the lot. Please note that preferred parking is valid for parking only and not valid for entry into the building.

Preferred parking is available for sale at the lot, on show day if spaces are available. To guarantee you are able to access preferred parking, Chesapeake Arena highly recommends purchasing preferred parking in advance on Parkwhiz.

Non-preferred parking is free and first come, first serve. Please follow directions from parking attendants. No permits are needed for parking around the campus during arena events. (Signage indicating permits required refers to students and faculty permits needed during weekdays.)
