Ticket Information

Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena uses Ticketmaster. Download your mobile ticket via the Ticketmaster App. No printed tickets allowed. To do this, you will log into your Ticketmaster account on your phone to download your mobile tickets. We recommend using the Ticketmaster App (available for iOS and Android) to download your tickets. Please be sure to have your tickets pulled up on your phone prior to getting in line to avoid connectivity issues and to best keep the lines moving.

If tickets are transferred, accept them in your Ticketmaster account before arriving.

The ticket office is unable to handle any issues for tickets not purchased via Ticketmaster. Please contact the point of purchase if you have issues/concerns.

Preferred Parking

Limited parking available via ParkWhiz. If you have purchased preferred parking, please have your ParkWhiz parking pass ready when pulling into the preferred lot. Download the ParkWhiz App for easy access.

Follow the signs for Preferred Parking when you arrive. Preferred parking is located in the Stadium Lot adjacent to the event center. The entrance to the preferred parking lot is on Poplar avenue and is not accessible via Hilltop Circle. You will show the parking attendant the ticket on your phone to gain access to the lot. Please note that preferred parking is valid for parking only and not valid for entry into the building.

Non-preferred parking is free and first come, first serve. No permits are needed for parking around the campus. Signage indicating permits required refers to students and faculty permits needed on a Monday through Friday basis.

Food & Beverage

Concession items include standard arena favorites including, hot dogs, popcorn, candy, and nachos.

Check out the Specialty Hot Dogs at the new TOP DAWG concession stand located outside of section 103.

Indulge in Baltimore Favorites like the Chicken Chesapeake & the Crabby Pretzel at Baltimore Faves located outside of section 104.

Head over to Chesapeake Cheers outside section 108 and grab your favorite beverages and snacks.The Grab & Go market will be open for a quick grab of snacks, candy, drinks, and canned cocktails.

Concession stands serve beer, wine, canned cocktails, and a selection of liquor.

The Peake Experience

Are you ready for a great night with The Peake Experience at the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena?

If you purchased the All-Inclusive Experience, you will need (1) ticket per guest.
If you purchased the Peake Club Pass, each guest will need a ticket to the show and a separate club pass ticket for the Peake Club.

The Peake Experience is open from doors at 6pm until the end of the show!

Each person needs a club pass or all-inclusive ticket to enter. If you do not have one per person, you will be denied entry to the Peake Club.

As you are walking up to the main entrance of the venue, you will see signage for The Peake Experience directly to the right of the box office and main entrance; do not get in line with the general public. All guests must pass through a metal detector and bag checkpoint.

Peake Club Pass: You must have your concert tickets scanned in addition to your Peake Club Pass prior to entering the VIP Entrance.

All Inclusive: You will need to show your Peake tickets to enter through this security line. Seats are located in sections 206 and 208 right outside of the club. You will see your exact seating location on your ticket.

Guests can come and go into the club to refresh drinks and food as they please. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available at doors open and then refreshed with desserts and snacks at intermission.
