Stellar Con Maryland finds an EPIC NEW HOME at the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena! The Coolest "Little" Con in Maryland, Stellar Con is known for Big Convention excitement, while keeping the heart & personal touch that its creators at Transcendent Events are known for.
