ADA SEATING ALERT: Please note, there is no elevator access to the 200-level sections. Guests must use the stairs to access the 200 level. If you need wheelchair-accessible seating, please select the ADA filter on Ticketmaster to show accessible seating. If stairs are challenging but wheelchair access isn't needed, consider purchasing rows P & Q in the 100-level sections or floor seats.

Ticket Readiness Alert

Please have your ticket ready to scan before entering the security line. Accept your tickets and add them to your device wallet to avoid service delays.

Ticket Information

Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena uses Ticketmaster. Download your mobile ticket via the Ticketmaster App. No printed tickets allowed. To do this, you will log into your Ticketmaster account on your phone to download your mobile tickets. We recommend using the Ticketmaster App (available for iOS and Android) to download your tickets. Please be sure to have your tickets pulled up on your phone prior to getting in line to avoid connectivity issues and to best keep the lines moving.

If tickets are transferred, accept them in your Ticketmaster account before arriving.

The ticket office is unable to handle any issues for tickets not purchased via Ticketmaster. Please contact the point of purchase if you have issues/concerns.

Preferred Parking

Paid Parking available via ParkWhiz. If you have purchased preferred parking, please have your ParkWhiz parking pass ready when pulling into the preferred lot. Download the ParkWhiz App for easy access.

Follow the signs for Preferred Parking when you arrive. You will show the parking attendant the ticket on your phone to gain access to the lot. Please note that preferred parking is valid for parking only and not valid for entry into the building.

Non-preferred parking is free and first come, first serve. No permits are needed for parking around the campus. Signage indicating permits required refers to students and faculty permits needed on a Monday through Friday basis.

Food & Beverage

Concession items include standard arena favorites including, hot dogs, popcorn, candy, and nachos.

Check out the Specialty Hot Dogs at the new TOP DAWG concession stand located outside of section 103.

Indulge in Baltimore Favorites like the Chicken Chesapeake & the Crabby Pretzel at Baltimore Faves located outside of section 104.

The Grab & Go market will be open for a quick grab of snacks, candy, drinks, and canned cocktails.

Concession stands serve beer, wine, canned cocktails, and a selection of liquor.
