Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena advises customers to purchase
tickets only from Ticketmaster, the official ticket provider. Tickets
bought from unofficial vendors like Stubhub, Vivid Seats, or SeatGeek
may be invalid and result in refused entry.
Box Office Location & Hours:
The Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena Box Office is open only on event days. The
box office opens at least 2 hours before scheduled door time.
Check
Facebook and Instagram for the Know Before You Go post with the exact
opening time. Does not include UMBC Athletic events.
We are a digital venue and tickets will be texted or emailed when purchasing at the arena box office.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Chesapeake Arena is a cashless venue. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all accepted methods of payment. These payments are also accepted at concessions and merchandise stands.
Additional Ticketing Fees:
All tickets are subject to a facility and box office fee. Tickets purchased online are subject to additional service charges.
Children Ticket Policy:
For
most shows children 2 and under are free and do not require a ticket as
long as they sit in the lap of someone with a ticket. Should the child
that is 2 and under need a seat then a ticket would need to be purchased
for them. Please check event details for any age/ticket restrictions.
Parking:
10 minute parking spot available in front of arena.
